Google API Services and Google Ads Data

If you connect your Google Ads account to Convirza, we request access to your Google account through Google’s standard OAuth authorization process. We use this access solely to power our call-conversion tracking integration with Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Through the Google Ads API, we access:

Your Google Ads account identifier(s) (Customer ID) and the specific accounts you authorize
The conversion actions configured in your Google Ads account
Campaign, ad group, and click identifiers (such as GCLID) needed to match a phone call or lead back to the ad that generated it
OAuth authentication tokens that let Convirza act on your behalf, limited to the scope you grant

We only request the Google Ads API scope required for this integration.

How we use the data:

Upload qualified call and lead conversions from Convirza into the corresponding conversion action in your Google Ads account, so conversions generated by phone calls show up in your Google Ads reporting
Match a call or lead back to the ad click that generated it, for accurate campaign attribution
Support and troubleshoot the integration at your request

We do not use Google Ads data to build advertising or user profiles, to serve ads, to sell or license it, or for any purpose beyond providing the conversion-tracking feature you enabled.

We do not sell Google Ads data. We share it only with:

Google Cloud and other service providers who host our platform, under confidentiality obligations.
Convirza personnel who need access to operate, maintain, or support the integration.
Third parties when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process

We do not transfer Google user data to any other party for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the Convirza service.

How the data is protected:

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
OAuth tokens are stored in [describe: e.g. “encrypted, access-controlled credential storage”] and are never exposed to end users
Access to Google Ads data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis

Data retention and deletion:

We retain Google Ads data only as long as the integration stays connected and your Convirza account is active
If you disconnect the Google Ads integration or close your account, we delete the associated Google user data and revoke stored OAuth tokens within [X days — fill in actual policy]
You can request deletion any time by emailing support@convirza.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy:

Convirza’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number on our website, you consent to receive SMS communications from Convirza for transactional purposes, such as appointment reminders, service notifications, or updates. Your phone number will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent. Message and data rates may apply.
